ONE OF THE EASIEST BRUNCH RECIPES
Crostini is an easy way to make brunch a little more colorful and delicious. The best part is that it is so unbelievably easy. First, slice a french baguette. Then, top them with a few drops of olive oil and toast them in the oven for around 7 minutes. You can then top the toasted baguette slices with any toppings you like. Here are a few of my favorite toppings:
cheese (the most important-yum): goat, gorgonzola
fruit: strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe
meat: crumbled bacon, prosciutto
drizzle: balsamic, honey
